We have Tarek as our mentor and coach for more than 5 months now and we already see the difference. Our vision,
goals and objectives better clarified; structure, duties and responsibilities better streamlined; and priorities set on track to better achieve the goals. We now have been forced to work “on” the business rather than “in” the business. We feel that we are now on track to success sooner than it would have taken had we gone solo. People don’t realize that having domain knowledge is not enough to be an entrepreneur, that we don’t even know what we don’t know. There needs to be someone from outside (i.e. Tarek) who knows and who can make you a cohesive whole. I highly recommend that you have a business coach, and if you do, that should be Tarek.
