This Privacy Policy explains how Soaring Revenues, Inc. ("Soaring Revenues," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit soaringrevenues.com (the "Site"), use our free tools, contact us, or work with us. 2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, use a tool's "email me my results" or "back up" feature, or sign in to save a dashboard, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the contents of your message, and the inputs or results you choose to send us (for example, your pricing-calculator results or goal-dashboard progress).
Dashboard data. If you create an account to save the goal-tracking dashboard, the goals, key results, and metrics you enter are stored under your account so you can access them across devices. You can export or delete this data at any time.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and service providers may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and the dates and times of your visits, for security and to keep the Site working.
Local storage on your device. Our tools save your work in your browser's local storage so it's there when you return, even if you never give us your email. This data stays on your device unless you choose to sign in or send it to us. Our sign-in feature also uses cookies/local storage to keep you logged in.
3. How we use your information
We use the information to: respond to your messages and requests; provide and improve the tools and the Site; save and sync your dashboard if you sign in; send you the results or backups you ask for; send you marketing or educational emails when you've opted in; and protect the Site against fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Marketing and your consent
We only add you to marketing or educational emails when you check a consent box or otherwise opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us. If you opt in to phone or text communications, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts.
5. How we store and protect your information
We use Supabase, a reputable cloud provider, to store form submissions and dashboard accounts, with database-level security rules so that account data is only accessible to the account owner. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
6. Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage for forms and dashboards.
- Email and scheduling providers — to send notifications/emails and to let you book calls (our booking link is hosted by Acuity Scheduling).
- Website hosting and content-delivery networks — to serve the Site.
- Embedded services — pages may load Google Maps (on our contact page) and web fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering that content.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, email Tarek@SoaringRevenues.com.
California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Outside the U.S. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the U.S. By using the Site you understand it may be transferred and processed here.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion sooner.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party sites (such as our scheduling page or social profiles). We aren't responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be posted on this page.
